Our products may include original REIAK branding and designs produced through professional print-on-demand fulfillment services.

  • Garment measurements and fit may vary within applicable manufacturing tolerances.

  • Customers should review the available size charts before purchasing.

  • Product availability may change depending on fulfillment capacity and supplier availability.

Certain REIAK designs feature a chrome-inspired metallic visual effect. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this refers to the printed graphic appearance and does not mean that the garment contains actual metallic material or metallic ink.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is defective, incorrectly described, or does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

3. 💳 Pricing & Payments

All product prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Before completing a purchase, customers can review the applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment providers available on our website.

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will notify you and provide an appropriate opportunity to confirm the corrected terms or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Price changes do not retroactively affect completed purchases, except where otherwise agreed or legally permitted.

4. 📦 Order Processing & Confirmation

After completing a purchase, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Fulfillment remains subject to payment authorization, product availability, and applicable verification requirements.

We may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for any undelivered items as required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled once production has begun.

5. 🖨️ Print-on-Demand Production

Some REIAK products are produced after an order is placed.

We work with third-party production and fulfillment providers, which may include Printful and Printify.

These providers may manufacture, package, and ship products on our behalf from fulfillment facilities in different locations.

Our standard estimated processing time is:

2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may vary based on production capacity, order volume, product availability, and other operational factors.

REIAK remains your seller and point of contact for product-related concerns, returns, refunds, and customer service.

6. 🌍 Shipping & Delivery

REIAK offers shipping to supported destinations worldwide.

Our estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 5–7 business days

  • International Destinations: 7–15 business days

These are estimated transit times and do not include the standard processing period of 2–5 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and available shipping methods.

Free Shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal exceeding $75 USD qualify for free shipping to supported destinations, according to the shipping options displayed at checkout.

We encourage customers to review all applicable shipping charges before completing their purchase.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges.

Any such charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer upon import, as disclosed during the purchasing process and subject to applicable law.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the legally required options regarding delayed fulfillment, cancellation, and refunds.

7. 🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want customers to shop with confidence.

REIAK accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customer-Preference Returns

If a customer selects the wrong size or color, or changes their mind, eligible returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must meet the applicable return eligibility requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee is charged.

  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where legally permitted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what was ordered because of an error on our part, REIAK will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

This may include a free replacement, refund, or other legally required remedy.

Where a physical return is required because of our error, REIAK will cover authorized return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Products clearly identified as final sale before purchase may be excluded from standard discretionary returns where permitted by law.

These restrictions do not override statutory rights relating to defective products or other mandatory consumer protections.

8. ⏳ Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@reiak.com.

Because some products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

If an order has already shipped, any eligible return must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
